Jaco was a pillar of strength when my mom passed away recently.  He took charge of everything personally from collection and cremation according to her wishes, to all the official paperwork.  He also helped us plan a beautiful memorial service/celebration of life for my mom, with flowers and photos and livestreaming, just as we wanted it.  No detail was left out.  He was caring and compassionate, efficient and responsive.  It was so nice to deal with a small but very professional service rather than a big corporate outfit.
